Little Spoon was founded on my own love of cooking as a child, and as a parent teaching my own children to cook. I wanted to share my passion and enthusiasm and decided to set up Little Spoon.

I love seeing children's interest in food grow, skills and confidence develop - I even love answering their crazy questions!

My love of all things cooking led me to study Food Science and I followed a career in Product Development in the bakery industry and later supporting
start-up food businesses. When I became a parent I understood the importance food has in everyone's lives' and how little time parents have to equip their children with skills in the kitchen.

Little Spoon aims to teach children and teenagers cooking skills and a love of food that will last them a lifetime.
