This cookery course is designed for school leavers and undergraduates. If you're heading off to University then take two days learning how to make some great tasting dishes that are easy to prepare and simple to follow. 

During the two day course you'll learn how to prepare a variety of dishes that will impress your friends without stretching your student loan. Each day you'll prepare a range of tasty dishes, including your own lunch, and take home any leftovers. We'll teach you how to eat a balanced nutritious diet on a budget, including cost-saving techniques such as cooking in bulk and jointing your own chicken. All ingredients and equipment are included.
