For teenagers we run a Monthly Baking Club, a twelve week Introduction to Cooking Skills course suitable for the skills section of Duke of Edinburgh Awards and a 2-day 'Off to University' Cooking Skills course. All sessions take place at Ysgol Plasmawr, Fairwater.

 

Sessions are run with a maximum of 10 students and equipment, ingredients and copies of recipes are all included. We even teach them the priceless life skill of washing up!
